The WhiteKnuckler

While this isn’t my typical item review, I wanted to take a minute to tell you about my favorite knife.  Designed with the trucker, hot rodder, outdoorsman, motorcyclist, climber, and adventurer in mind, my wife picked this up for me to carry while riding the motorcycle but I find that I am wearing it more often all the time as an acceptable alternative when I am not able to carry the S&W 38 Bodyguard (another article for another day) or need a versatile cutting tool.

whiteknuckler1This knife is of very high quality construction and extremely versatile.  I personally have the Dark Side Edition 5 Inch which is a nice utilitarian belt kit designed for both function and style. It’s a reasonably sized belt knife, measuring approximately 6 inches in the sheath. The ability to unsheathe the knife and draw it using the easy to grab forefinger hole is a big plus when you need access to the knife quickly or without concern about dropping it.

The blade is made from an imported 440C stainless steel blank, hand finished, polished, engraved and sharpened in Columbus Ohio. Each handle is unique, artistically burned manually, paying attention to the grain of the bone then polished and engraved with the signature WK initials. and the knife features a Finger Hole Lock Down Grip.

The sheath is made from premium 8-10oz domestic, environmentally conscious leather which is vegetable tanned made and branded in the USA.

A quick review of the WhiteKnuckler website reveals that their newest version of this great belt knife is their 7 inch versions in both the Black Out and Chestnut and Bone handle designs and they even have hi and hers matched knife sets.

I definitely recommend these great carry knives.  If you want more information, visit WhiteKnucler’s website at
