Easter Rabbit Stew

Ok, I couldn’t help myself.   For today’s recipe, I decided to post some ‘Easter’ Rabbit Stew.

Rabbit is one of the small game animals that I can really say that I like.  And, while I have taken some liberty with the simple preparation method that a hunting partner once gave me, I think you will find this an easy way to prepare them and even a Hobbit would enjoy the results.

Happy Easter!
